Enjoying a good start to the morning with a little walk! Sometimes there is no better stress reliever or a better way to clear your mind than just going on a walk. I think sometimes the littlest things get taken for granted – we all need time and space and a chance to physically get away and sometimes just the act of walking away from something will either make you calm down or decide to just leave things in the past. I know for me, I always feel better after a walk or a drive. What are your stress relievers?

Listening to good music and going on bike rides around the neighborhood helps to relieve stress for me. It also helps that it keeps me in shape, even if it’s only my legs and cardio that are affected directly. Seeing your pictures and videos do help to relieve stress too, Wendy.
I was just thinking about that today. I remember how much I saw things differently when I went to a place I’d never been especially when I went camping or long drives away from home. Good times. I like your new sets crazy hot.

Yeah, going for a walk helps me to relax. London has plenty of large parks and commons. It is easy to forget sometimes that you are in one of the biggest cities in the world.
Looking at busty young ladies also helps me to er…. relax!

….I agree about walkin….I used to walk 3 miles every day to think things through….trouble is,after a month,I was 90 miles from my house and I had to catch the train home! Great vid,Wendy!
